Emily Jane Stroud
December 21, 1988-March 1, 2026, age 37
Emily Jane Stroud was born in Sikeston, Missouri, and lived there for the first decade and a half of her life. She resided in Broseley, Fisk, and Poplar Bluff during her years at Twin Rivers High School, where she attended Twin Rivers General Baptist Church and was an active part of her youth group. After graduating college, she toured with several of her friends' successful bands, including the Four Awesome Guy Squad, before moving to London. From across the ocean, she served as a manager for the immensely famous author Tiffany Reed, and finally achieved her lifelong goal of seeing The Cure play and meeting Robert Smith, shortly before her young and untimely death.
Emily was best described as a short, shy individual, with a certain love for hugs, Mountain Dew, music, her friends, and Jesus. She liked to write, draw, attend concerts, and tinker with her website. Emily was survived by her invisible friend, Ralph, her husband and children, who shall remain unnamed, several friends, her website, which she left in the care of her friend William, and a small flock of sheep.
